• Bilal has 20+ years of Emerging Markets experience in Transaction Origination, Credit Structuring/Underwriting and Risk Management across both Conventional and Islamic finance.
• He has worked with some of the largest financial institutions in GCC / Asia as Director and senior coverage banker (First Abu Dhabi Bank, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, First Gulf Bank, Dubai Islamic Bank & United Bank Limited); originating, structuring / underwriting, restructuring and executing landmark transactions across asset-based lending, project finance, structured finance (limited / non-recourse) etc. 
• As an experienced transactor, he has successfully initiated and executed sector-agnostic mandates covering Contracting, Real Estate, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, Education, Transport, Energy, Oil & Gas industries.
• Successfully led Debt Restructuring / Re-profiling transactions (on borrower-side / creditor-side advisory) for a public-listed entity, large local corporates, entailing complex multi-party negotiations. 
• Bilal is deeply connected in the local/multinational financial institutions. His extensive experience in deal negotiations, financial / non-financial due-diligence, credit structuring and documentation (including Sharia compliant transactions structures) ensures a very high success rate on transactions.
• Bilal has an MBA & Bsc (Hons.) from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS).

• Ms. Khan is former Chairperson of Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA - Pakistan), former Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL - Pakistan) and former Deputy Registrar of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
• Ms. Khan has 35+ years of experience across business leadership, corporate management & regulatory affairs. She has been part of various Board of Directors of public-listed entities, Regulators, the SECP, Government Ministries, Global / Local Financial Institutions & other Public and Private sector enterprises.
• Ms. Khan is a regular speaker at various forums on matters relating to Financial Management, Corporate Governance, Oil & Gas sector development and regulatory affairs. 
• Ms. Khan is Chartered Accountant by academic qualification and was awarded the Life-time Achievement Award on behalf of the Institute of Charted Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). 

• Mr. Tauseef H. Farooqi is former Chairman of National Electric Power Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (NEPRA) where he spearheaded the the implementation of Pakistan's first-ever Integrated Generation Capacity Expansion Plan (IGCEP) and established the Competitive Trading Bilateral Contracts Market (CTBCM), creating a competitive and transparent marketplace for power trading.
• Tasuseef is an electrical engineer and MBA with over 31 years of professional experience at key positions in several companies including Taweelah Asia Power Company (TAPCO), Shuweihat CMS International Power Company (SCIPCo), Emirates CMS Power Company (ECPC) and Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA).
• He possess specialized expertise in spearheading power regulatory functions while providing technical, commercial, and legal leadership to effectively manage complex electricity markets encompassing generation, transmission, distribution, and water sector projects.
• Tauseef is a regular presenter at both local and international conferences. He is recognized as a large-scale change agent and a true team player, consistently delivering top-notch results whilst driving value for all stakeholders.

• Kamran brings 25 years international banking experience in US, UK, Middle East, Africa and South Asia as lead banker and principal revenue producer for reputable institutions like Merrill Bank of America, Royal Bank of Scotland, Moody’s Investor Service, Faysal Bank Ltd. etc.
• He has extensive deal execution experience in developed, emerging and frontier markets within capital markets and corporate and investment banking. With strong track record of originating new business and product development in several markets and deep understanding of credit and risk management functions he has hands-on experience managing clients, investors and regulators in multiple jurisdictions globally. 
• Kamran spearheaded numerous first-of-their-kind structured credit transactions and securitizations (Tax Lien, Market value securitization, Renewables). He executed structured credit deals and securitizations in US, UK, Europe, South America, MENA and Pakistan across various asset classes.
• He is an alumnus of Columbia University (USA) and IBA (Pakistan).

Ali is a senior finance and banking professional with over 20 years of experience. He specializes in arranging innovative financing solutions for clients and help them achieve their business goals. During his career, he has arranged over USD 25bn in funding across 100+ deals in various geographies and diverse sectors. With his deep connectivity within UAE and regional financial institutions, he has helped clients raise financing for all business needs ranging from capex, working capital, permanent working capital, receivables monetization, acquisitions, asset finance, project finance or general corporate purposes. He has previously worked with SCB and FAB to develop and lead their structured finance and financing solutions business. Ali is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and also holds an Associate membership of The Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants in UK.

Agha Mustafa Raza has 22 years of experience with expertise in the financial, oil and gas, non-governmental and consultancy sector. Mustafa has worked with leading organizations such as PwC Pakistan, KPMG Cayman Islands and Singapore, Cohn & Wolfe XPR, Telenor GSM, Telenor Bank and JS Bank and has led multiple teams across jurisdictions. §In the last 7 years, his core experience has been heading the risk functions for Telenor Microfinance Bank’s and JS Bank’s digital banking businesses categorized as fintech with key focus on risks covering technological, regulatory, fraud, financial and operational risks. He has worked closely with Ant Financial to manage risks related to the fintech industry as well as risks inherent in digital lending and score carding. Mustafa has not only undertaken accountancy tasks for organizations but implemented systems that have resulted in automation of financial tasks, controls and monitoring. He has extensive experience in assessing risks that affect strategic ambitions and projects of an entity as well as in undertaking process design, control implementation and monitoring effectiveness. He is a Chartered Accountant Institute of Charted Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) with and FCCA with Association of Certified Chartered Accountants, UK by academic qualification.

• Fahd is Managing Director of Sami Capital with over 10+ years of experience across the legal, corporate and fintech sectors. Fahd has extensive experience advising on complex M&A transactions and corporate structuring across multiple jurisdictions.
• Established Sami Capital, a global issuer of Shariah Compliant Debt Instruments and Structured Products. Sami Capital’s platform enables the securitization of suitable assets in a Shariah Compliant format. Sami Capital is able to support both the origination of Debt Instruments for Corporates intending to raise funds and is also able to provide bespoke investment solutions for Corporate clients.
• In addition, Fahd is the founder of Dinisium. A Blockchain based investment platform providing access to Digital Assets backed by real world assets.
• A lawyer by qualification and a member of the Sindh High Court Bar Association with rights of audience before the High Courts in Pakistan.
